Critter Clippers is Low Stress for You Too


Basically, we don't ask you to do anything but make a reservation.  We come to your residence and groom the pet there.  You don't even have to be home.  We have several options for us to get into the residence, and a couple of them allow us to get in and take care of the pet without you even being home.  You also have the satisfaction of knowing your pet will already be home, completely beautified, waiting for you to love them. 
We also don't bother you with finding an outlet or spigot to your house.  The reason is because our unit is completely self contained.  We have all of the clean water (50 gallon tank) that we need for a day of grooming.  Plus, we have a generator that handles all of our electrical needs.  So you aren't asked to pay for utilities that we use to groom your pet.

 Q:

Do you groom big dogs too?

 A:

Yes, as the saying goes, big or small we groom them all.  Our facilities allow us to groom pets of any size. 

 Q:

I have a senior pet, will this be a good type of service for him?

 A:

Actually, this is a perfect service for senior pets.  All of our facilities, including the hydraulic table, the ramp leading to the tub, the soothing music, and much much more are meant to reduce the stress the pet has to go through.  Not to mention the one-on-one service so the pet does not have to deal with the stresses of a foreign environment with strange pets around them.

 Q:

Are you a franchise?

 A:

No, we aren't.  Much like Critter Sitters of Lincoln, we have started this company, including the name and logo, from the ground up.  We try to display a professional image with everything we do, so when we are asked this question it is definitely a compliment.

 Q:

Do you have to hook a hose or extension cord to our house to use our electricity and water to run your business?

 A:

No, our unit is completely self contained and does not have to rely on anything else in order to be a completely self running mobile grooming unit.

 Q:

Do you recirculate and use the same water over and over again during a day's appointments?

 A:

No, we have a separate very large tank for fresh water and an equally large tank of dirty water.  Both are completely separate and the dirty or gray water is emptied out at the end of every day.

 Q: What options do we have so you can get in to the house to get the pet for the grooming appointment?
 A: Of course, one option is the owner can be home during the appointment.  Second, we can use a garage door opener.  Finally, we can keep your key on an anonymous filing system that we will have to use for every appointment.
 Q: Do you take credit cards?
 A:  Yes, we certainly do.  If you would like to use a credit card to pay for your services then please let the office know.
 Q: Do the groomers accept tips?
 A: Yes, they do accept them.  However, it is completely up to you.  If you feel the groomer deserves a little something extra then feel free to leave something to show your appreciation.  All tips go directly to the groomers. 
 Q: If I have more than one dog I want groomed at the same time, do I get charged the convenience fee for each dog?
 A: Nope...we will only charge you the convenience fee once for every stop.
 Q: Can I see inside the Mobile Salon?
 A: If you happen to be home during the grooming appointment, that shouldn't be a problem.  However, we want you to respect the time of the groomer as they do have a job to do.  So please keep any social time to a minimum so they can get right to getting your pet looking their best.
