Critter Clippers of Lincoln lets you decide what kind of things are best for your pet.  We have all sorts of options for you to choose from so you can tell us exactly the way to pamper your pet.  We even let you select whether to have a bow or bandana or nothing at all for those pets who can't wait to get it off.  Also, you are allowed to choose exactly the type of shampoo and perfume/cologne you want your pet to have.  There will be holiday scents along with lots of classical favorite scents for you to choose from.  We will also provide shampoos that help with dry skin, anti-itch, and even getting a shinier coat.  All sorts of options for you to choose from.  At Critter Clippers, we believe in making the grooming experience a spa experience and to eliminate as much anxiety or stress as we can.  One way to do that is to put you in control of what you know is best for your pet.  Let us know and we will get it done.

Step 2:  Setting an Appointment
 
We will take some basic information down and get you an appointment lined up for your pet right away.  If you have some additional comments or questions specifically for the groomer and will not be there when the groomer is, we can get you in touch with her too.
 
Step 3:  Welcome Letter
 
After your initial call, we will send a "Welcome Letter" to Critter Clippers.  This will explain some things that you need to be aware of for things to run smoothly.  Please read it over and let the office know if you have any questions.
 
Step 4:  Pre-Booking
 
In the future, you can set up "pre-booked" appointments that are already reserving your spot, or call the office to reschedule.  Be aware, that if you are not a "pre-booked" customer that you run the risk of not being able to get in the next time your pet needs grooming.

 
Step 5: Questions/Special Requests?
 
If you have any questions or special requests, make sure to call the office so we can give proper attention to you and your pets' situation.
 
Grooming Time
 
Due to pets having different grooming needs, and therefore, differing amounts of time required to groom them, the appointment may need to be adjusted or moved from the one you signed up for.  The groomer will be able to tell you how much time your pets will require to be groomed based on their breed and condition of their coat. 
 
Limited Capacity
 
Please, keep in mind that while we are just starting with
one mobile grooming unit that we can only take so many repeating clients.  Once we reach that level we will be more than happy to put you on a waiting list until we get another mobile grooming unit.  As soon as we do you will be the first we will call to get lined up with our new mobile grooming unit.
